Here's Your Newsletter Update From DAK Industries, Inc.
Dear Fellow DAKonian,
OK, first an
admission. I'm still having problems with the newsletter eMail distribution. So,
I'd appreciate your help.
Two weeks
ago, I asked if you'd received the Newsletter with the big LP Tutorial in it.
And an astounding 62% of you had not. (See Poll at Right.)
Last week it was the newsletters to AOL that seemed to be having delivery problems.
So, here's what
I've done. I've made a change in the formatting (not what you see, it's invisible).
Oh, and it's not me, or at least I don't think it is. I'm using one of
the bigger eMail delivery companies and I'm still having problems. Drat. After
working through 4 different people, they said oh yes, AOL seems to be having some
problems with our 'click tracking', so turn it off. (That's how I know when the
eMail is delivered and clicked on.) So after several months of missed mail, maybe
this will solve it. I wish any of the first people had helped me. Oh Well.
Anyway, in
this week's newsletter I'm doing 2 special things.
Thing
One. I'm providing links to our last two products
Thing
Two. I'm providing you with an archived list of my DrewTorials
(My Tutorials) you can access and check out if you missed any of them.
Plus I'm asking you to please pick one of my polls below to let me know if you
if you've gotten the last two newsletters or not.
It's anonymous,
so please do pick a poll and vote. Then I can get back to writing tutorials and
reviewing products again. Oh, and next week I might try just a text eMail as a
test too.
OK,
Here are my Polls.

Smart
Sound Detonator Equalizer, Spectrum Analyzer and Drew's (my) Test Disc.
Make
all your music dramatic and dynamic. REALLY.
It's
really amazing how many people don't have equalizers now that CDs and MP3 have
given us so much to work with.
Have you checked out the Smart
Sound Detonator Equalizer Review?
Imagine infusing
your music with the powerful rich drama that the deep bass of a string bass or
contra bassoon adds. It's really amazing that all the sounds are actually in our
music but we can't hear them because of:
1. Analogy source material
2. Poor recording
3. Room Acoustics
4. Imaging problems
5. Our own ears
6. More. . .
 Now
you can boost the trumpets, violins or flutes to sound just the way you want.
Add mid-bass without giving your favorite vocalist a
sore throat.
Now
you can take control of and sculpt your music so it's vibrant, alive, and literally
throbbing.
This isn't
a small improvement. And if I sound excited, I am. Over 280,000 DAKonians
have added equalizers to their systems in the past. I guarantee you'll be thrilled
with the results.
What's
really great is that by using the in/out defeat switch,
you can instantly hear the exact improvements you've made. I'm not
even slightly worried that I've raised your expectations too high. Once you engage
this equalizer, you simply won't ever take it out of your system again.

Drew's Frequency Equalization
Tutorial
The More You know, The Better It Sounds.
What's
a fundamental? What's a harmonic? Why should you care? Why
not visit the Frequency Tutorial?
OK, if you
love music like I do, you've really have to know and understand the frequencies
that you're listening to in order to know how you can improve what you hear.
Is
it missing mid-bass? What is mid-bass anyway?
What frequencies are covered by the human voice? A Male? A Female?
What
if you want to hear more of a tuba? Less of a Violin? What if a CD is too
strident for your liking?
Well,
check out today's tutorial on frequencies and get a firm grasp of what frequencies
are covered by what instruments so you can access what will improve your sound.
Visit the Frequency
Tutorial Here.
So
here's a question. Is your sound really good now? How do you know?
Have you tested it?
Do you
know what frequencies you're hearing? Well, why not check out the tutorial
and check out my Instrument Frequencies Chart to see.
The more you know, the better
your can make your stereo and all your music sound from now on.
The Frequency Tutorial
is worth seeing.
