| Here's the quick read summary of how to make full stereo, flawless
scratch and hiss free digital copies of your LPs, 45s and cassettes to CDs, MP3s
and to your iPod. It's super easy and fast. Here's how: You Don't Need Your Stereo System. All the preamps and conditioning controls you need are built into the DAK Mixer Interface. Just connect your turntable and/or cassette deck to our Mixer Interface (There are jacks for both). Use the standard RCA cables you are using now or get flawless copies using your headphone out jack. (We've got a special headphone cable if you need it.) Either way, just plug the other end of the cable into the DAK Mixer Interface. Don't Physically Open Your Computer. You don't have to open your computer and screw anything in. Just plug the cable we give you from our Mixer Interface into the blue jack right next to where your speakers are plugged in on your desktop/tower computer's sound card. They all have one. (Notebook computers too, click here.) We use your built-in sound card for great sound. Load our INCLUDED PROGRAMS and start recording. 1. First you actually record a flawless digital copy of your music to your hard drive using the included DAK recording program called the DAK Wav & MP3 Editor PRO. Use its built-in timers so you don't have to baby-sit the recording. 2. Use our Track Tracker to separate the songs/chapters or movements into separate files so when you burn your CDs you can jump from Track to Track. You'll have CDs that are programmable just like the ones you buy in a store. 3. Discard tracks you don't want. Keep ones you do. Combine tracks from several records and Cassettes. Each track is separate, so it's fast and easy to with our Playlist Manager to get the exact tracks you want in the exact order you want them when you burn CDs. 4. Remove the scratches and clicks from your records and the hiss from your cassettes with our included Totally Automated Click Pop and Hiss filter. You'll end up with flawless digital copies without scratches or hiss. There's nothing for you to do but choose whether you want the record restoration or cassette restoration filters active in the automated program. 5. Use the Included DAK CD Burner Program to Burn your CDs with your favorite scratch and hiss free tracks in just the order you want burned to your CDs and/or make MP3s and import them into your iPod.
