According to the American Heritage dictionary, 'dumbed down' means, "to rewrite for a less intelligent audience".
Well that's not you smart, educated, technologically adept, DAKonians.
Just because you aren't an expert in a specific technology or product is no reason for you not to learn about it and harness its benefits.
It really isn't more sophisticated than you can handle. Knowledge is power today- 'more-so' than ever before.
For thousands of years, strength mattered. The strong man (woman) ruled.
Now, for you and for your children, knowledge and ability to find information is the arbiter of success.
I realize that DAK 2000 isn't for everybody. I realize that my approach, my long 'complete copy' isn't for everybody.
But great riches and enjoyment are yours when you unleash today's technology. And all you need is a little specific information for all the benefits to accrue.
So, I won't 'dumb down' a product and well, eviscerate its ability to help you.
We'll spend the time learning about the technology so that we can harness the products that it spawns.
